1. Scope of Services: Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant services for small business include administrative tasks, customer service support, social media management, email management, data entry, and other related tasks as agreed upon by both parties.
2. Confidentiality: Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties. Client information will only be used for the purpose of completing tasks assigned by the client.
3. Communication: Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant will communicate with the client via email, phone, or video conferencing as needed. The client agrees to respond to all communication in a timely manner to ensure the completion of tasks in a timely fashion.
4. Payment: Payment for Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant services will be agreed upon in advance and will be due on a monthly basis. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other agreed-upon method. Failure to make payment on time may result in a suspension of services.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
6. Liability: Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant will not be liable
for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the services provided, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services provided.
7. Intellectual Property: Any work created by Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant during the course of providing services, including but not limited to documents, reports, and social media content, will remain the intellectual property of the client. Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant agrees not to claim any rights to the work produced.
8. Non-Solicitation: The client agrees not to solicit or hire any employees or contractors of Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant for a period of one year following the termination of services.
9. Modifications: These Terms and Conditions may be modified or updated by Aidadiasco Virtual Assistant at any time. The client will be notified of any changes in writing.
